Saraswati Ghat is the most spectacular & one of the most sacred ghat in Prayagraj, which is located on the banks of the Yamuna River in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.
It is close to Lord Shiva’s Mankameshwar Temple. The name of the ghat is derived from the Hindu Goddess of learning, Saraswati. It is new construction. Stairs descend from three sides to the Yamuna’s greenish water. There is a park above that is covered in green grass.
This ghat, located around the corner of Prayagraj Fort near Triveni Sangam, hosts evening aarti with lamp lighting. There are food court facilities as well as routes to Sangam by boat from here. Also, Ghat offers magnificent views of the river especially during the evening aarti at the ghat.
